Welcome to MetaMe. We're glad you're here. By buying any product from activatemetame.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Acceptance of terms

By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Sale in full. If you don't agree, please don't proceed with your purchase. MetaMe is based in Perth, Western Australia, and all prices are in Australian dollars.

2. What you're buying

Digital products only: online courses, downloadable PDFs (Power Playbooks) and digital wallpapers. There are no subscriptions or memberships. Every purchase is a one-time payment.

3. Delivery

Access is delivered instantly after payment, by email and in your library at activatemetame.com/library. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.

4. Licence to use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own individual purposes. It does not give you any ownership rights. You agree that you will not: Copy, reproduce, share or republish any part of our products. Modify or create derivative works from our products. Redistribute, resell, sublicense or share your access or downloads with others. Use our products for any commercial purpose, including teaching or coaching others with them, without written permission from MetaMe. All content, including videos, playbooks, artwork, frameworks and the MetaMe and Dimension Drifting methods, remains the sole property of MetaMe.

5. Payments and no refund policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, this applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to: Change of mind after purchase. Not using, finishing or downloading the product. Dissatisfaction with content, results or outcomes. Accidental or duplicate purchases of a product you already own. Technical issues on your side, such as your device, software or internet connection. Loss of access because you breached these terms. We share plenty of free content, including the free Dimension Drifting 101 guide and our videos, so you can get a real feel for MetaMe before you buy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy in full. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

MetaMe products are for education, inspiration and personal growth. We make no promises or guarantees, express or implied, about: Emotional, psychological, financial, health or personal results from using our products. Whether the products will meet your individual expectations or needs. Your experience is personal and unique to you. MetaMe is a tool, not a guarantee.

7. Not professional advice

MetaMe content is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for therapy or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified professional about your circumstances. Guided activations and exercises are optional. Take part at your own discretion and stop if you feel uncomfortable. Never do them while driving or operating machinery.

8. Personal responsibility

You are solely responsible for your choices, actions and results. Any decisions you make based on our content are your own.

9. Service availability

We do our best to keep activatemetame.com and your library running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. We're not liable for outages, interruptions or loss of access caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party platform failures or force majeure events. We recommend downloading your files and keeping a copy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaMe and its founder, team, affiliates and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from: Your use of, or inability to use, our products. Any outcomes or experiences resulting from using our products. Our total liability to you in any circumstance will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MetaMe against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our products.

12. Changes to products and terms

We may update, modify or discontinue any product or feature, and update these terms, at any time. The terms in place when you purchased apply to that purchase. Continued use of our products after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
