All sales are final

Because MetaMe products are digital and delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes change of mind, not using or finishing a product, dissatisfaction with results, and accidental purchases. See section 5 of our Terms of Sale for the full policy.

If something isn't working

If a file won't download or a link is broken, email activatemetame@gmail.com with your order email and we'll get you sorted. You can also get a fresh sign-in link any time at activatemetame.com/library.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
